Wholesale Order Details
Pricing
Wholesale items are sold per case. Each case contains 6 pieces of the same product. There is a minimum order of 2 cases.

Shipping and Delivery

Minimum Order
Wholesale orders have a minimum order of 2 cases. Each case contains 6 pieces of the same product.
Return Policy
Returns for wholesale orders are accepted with prior approval only. No returns will be accepted after 15 days upon receiving the shipment. We only accept resalable items in the same state as received, unused and undamaged.
If returning an item, you will be responsible for the shipment, all related costs, and risks related to the return shipment.
After receiving and reviewing your return, you will receive a new product or refund as soon as possible.
Damages
If your pottery arrives damaged, save the breakage, take a picture are email us at shop@kilnedwithkindness.com. We will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
Resell Certificate
Retailers outside of Oregon interested in opening a wholesale account with Kilned with Kindness must submit a resale certificate. Retailers in Oregon must submit their EIN for verification.
