Shipping and Delivery
Kilned with Kindness ships via UPS ground and USPS Priority Mail. If you need Next Day Air, please contact us at email@example.com or call (541) 292-4988 and we will get you a shipping rate.
Shipping Costs in Lower 48:
- Orders under $50.00: $10.00
- Orders $50.01 - $100.00: $15.00
- Orders $100.01 - $200.00: $20.00
- Orders $200.01 - $500.00: $30.00
- above $500.00: Free Shipping
Shipping Costs to Alaska and Hawaii:
- Orders under $100.00: $25.00
- Orders above $100.00: $50.00
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding select holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped out, we will notify you by email.
In-stock items are usually shipped within 3 days after the order is placed. If you are placing a bulk, wholesale, custom order or your items out-of-stock, we will notify you by email your estimate shipping time. Keep in mind, we will be making your items from scratch and by hand and this leads to a delay our shipping times.
Returns and Refunds
Returns for bulk orders are accepted with prior approval only. No returns will be accepted after 10 days upon receiving the shipment. We only accept resalable items in the same state as received, unused and undamaged.
If returning an item, you will be responsible for the shipment, all related costs, and risks related to the return shipment.
After receiving and reviewing your return, you will receive a new product or refund as soon as possible.
If your pottery arrives damaged, save the breakage, take a picture are email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
Customized pottery are made to order; we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges to personalized pieces once your order has been submitted.

Once we have received and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
